Blow Molding
Blow Molding gives the processor the ability to produce complex hollow shapes that are lightweight and have excellent stiffness to weight ratios. In comparison to injection molding, the blow molding process exhibits a low-pressure process, double wall constructions and an ability to control outer dimensions (mold) and wall thickness. Extrusion Blow Molding allows the manufacture of very large parts, or of multiple smaller parts in a single operation.
